• University of Minnesota—B.A., Architecture, Studio Arts minor

Rico began working with Link Wilson over a decade ago, and they have collaborated on development projects ranging from 500,000 to nearly 50 million dollars. Currently he is managing the firm’s largest multi-family housing project in the field, adding his knowledge to this complicated project that when complete will serve a diverse range of senior citizens.

In addition to his architectural skills, Rico contributes great creativity, graphic design skills, and software expertise to Kaas Wilson’s marketing and presentation materials.
