Kaas Wilson collaborated with Greco Development to create this vertically organized, cutting-edge project to redevelop an urban site. This compact site will hold a five-story mixed-use building to serve both its senior residents and the surrounding community. Building up rather than out, the residential floors will be layered by service level: senior apartments, assisted living, transitional care and memory care. The first floor incorporates commercial space with tenants oriented to the needs of the seniors and the neighborhood.
