Kaas Wilson Architects was established January 2007, but one could say it started much earlier. Collin Kaas and Link Wilson collaborated on many landmark projects such as Walnut Ridge Senior Living Campus in Clive, Iowa; Groveland Condominiums and Olin Crossings Condominiums in Minneapolis, Minnesota; and Mystic Falls Lodge in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, while working together at Miller Hanson Partners.

They realized quite early that their personal styles work well together, and clients found their team unparalleled in terms of creativity, cost-effectiveness and focus. They bring this collaboration and integrity in architecture to Kaas Wilson Architects.
