About the Project

Kaas Wilson has been working on a three-phase renovation of the entire building beginning in October 2014. Phase I converted underutilized office space into two high-end loft apartments. Phase II was the complete redesign of all amenity spaces, including the lobby and rooftop deck. Phase III will be the renovation of 254 apartment units. The design approach was to embrace as much of the historic character of the building that was formerly concealed. Exposing natural and historic finishes throughout the common areas as well as the apartment units was one method to reveal the historic structure.
