About the Project

The design team found a creative way to utilize the existing contours of the site to install a new structure with community space on the first floor, and seven new rentable units on the second floor. The new units are all walk-out to grade, and thus there was no need for an elevator. Through the use of materials, color palette, signage, and landscaping, the new modern structure relates to the existing apartment buildings, but is an icon for the re-branding of the site.

The community level includes fitness center, yoga room, locker rooms, offices for staff, lounge, community room with bar and billiards, and walks out to an expanded pool deck at the existing pool.
