Link Wilson is widely known in the senior housing industry, having designed thousands of senior housing-related apartment and cooperative units across the country. He has a reputation for managing complex projects, successfully balancing owners' wishes and contractors' practical needs. Wilson has been involved in the planning and design of more for-sale senior cooperatives than any other architect in the country, according to the Washington Post (Saturday, September 10, 2005). He has published numerous articles and has spoken at national and regional housing symposiums.
Collin Kaas brings to the practice his passion for great buildings and creative problem-solving. His stong technical skills, honed at the University of Minnesota and the University of Oregon, put Kaas among the brightest stars of young, professional architects. Growing up in San Francisco and living in such places as Eugene, Oregon and Nashville, Tennessee, Kaas draws on his depth of experience for design inspiration. His character and good business sense make him an asset to a client/builder/architect team.
