Mindy’s interest in residential design and sustainability has been cultivated and developed over many years. Her undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota examined how senior care models have changed in response to the evolving form of cities and cultures, while her graduate studies focused on how to synthesize sustainable design strategies in affordable housing.

With experience designing and working on senior living facilities that range from affordable rental to cooperatives, senior care campuses to nursing homes, Mindy brings a keen understanding of the needs of seniors, various strategies of how to integrate care services into a residential setting, and an excitement for sustainable design.
