Born and raised in Davenport, Iowa, Jim earned his architecture degree at Iowa State University. His work has concentrated on multi-family housing project development and design, from feasibility studies all the way through final working drawings.

Jim’s passions lie in affordable and homeless housing facilities, senior housing for all ranges of abilities, as well as sustainable design to create healthier environments for residents and staff.
