Welcome to Elevate – a 222 unit project that residents in the southwest suburbs of Minneapolis a fresh and modern place to call home!
On May 5th, 2020, Finance & Commerce released its winners list for the 2019 Top Projects. A panel of judges looked at the degree of difficulty, creativity in design, innovative construction techniques, cooperation among contractors and management, and sustainability efforts.
Elevate at Southwest Station was one of the 50 projects highlighted in Top Projects of 2019.
Elevate at Southwest Station is a community that focuses on sustainable features such as access to public transit, a green roof system, green wall, and use of quality, lasting materials. Residents have access to a full amenity package such as a community room, business center, family/kid’s room, fitness center, pet wash, package concierge system, and roof top patio.
In each of the above spaces and throughout the building, special attention was paid to focus on classic design elements that will stand the test of time. The use of neutral color palette is intentional to feature the natural color and texture of wood, concrete, and stone, along with the use of accent lighting to help the materials stand out in each space.
Elevate also offers 14,000 square feet of retail space and a restaurant on the first floor. The mixed-use portion provides residents good food, and daily services within steps of their home. Many of the residents also enjoy views to water and nature at the adjacent Purgatory Creek Park. Elevate truly offers all the modern amenities and addresses the wants and needs of renters through classic and sustainable design.
