Kaas Wilson Awarded State Contract

Kaas Wilson Architects, competing with the best senior services design teams in the state, was awarded the contract to design the Minnesota Veterans Homes first Adult Day Care on their Minneapolis campus. The State Designer Selection Board—in choosing Kaas Wilson—emphasized their appreciation for our skills, experience, enthusiasm, and understanding of the needs of seniors. The 2.5 million dollar project is in the pre-design phase now, with occupancy scheduled for September 2010.

UPDATE: The State has approved the schematic design, and we are working towards a Federal Submission of the Design Development on June 15th.
