Rayette Lofts Receives Impact Award

The Minnesota Preservation Awards is the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota’s annual program that recognizes individuals, groups and projects throughout the state that demonstrate a commitment to preserving Minnesota’s history.

On August 26, 2015, the Preservation Alliance of Minnesota (PAM) announced the recipients of the Minnesota Preservation Awards (MPAs) recognizing outstanding projects, groups and individuals that contribute to Minnesota’s preservation accomplishments. Kaas Wilson’s Rayette Lofts project will receive an Impact Award, which is given to a project that exemplifies undeniable impact, quality, and vision in the field of preservation.

We worked through an extensive design and approval process with the National Park Service and other federal and state agencies. We were able to restore the building to its highest and best use as historic residential apartments.

The awards will be presented at the Preservation Alliance Benefit Gala on October 8, 2015.
